No previous experience is needed. The retreat is designed to be accessible for beginners, and the temazcal ceremony is guided carefully by an experienced facilitator.

The temazcal is a traditional steam ceremony, but participants are always free to move at their own pace. The facilitator guides the experience so everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Yes. Many guests join the experience on their own. The intimate group setting naturally creates a welcoming and relaxed environment.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, a towel, sandals, and a reusable water bottle. Natural insect repellent is also recommended.

Jungle Reset is intentionally small and intimate, limited to only 12 participants. The combination of temazcal, cenote immersion, jungle practices, and the closing fire circle creates a unique space to disconnect and reset.
