  • No previous experience is needed. The retreat is designed to be accessible for beginners, and the temazcal ceremony is guided carefully by an experienced facilitator.

  • The temazcal is a traditional steam ceremony, but participants are always free to move at their own pace. The facilitator guides the experience so everyone feels comfortable and supported.

  • Yes. Many guests join the experience on their own. The intimate group setting naturally creates a welcoming and relaxed environment.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, a towel, sandals, and a reusable water bottle. Natural insect repellent is also recommended.

  • Jungle Reset is intentionally small and intimate, limited to only 12 participants. The combination of temazcal, cenote immersion, jungle practices, and the closing fire circle creates a unique space to disconnect and reset.

  • Most participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more present, carrying a sense of clarity and balance back into their everyday lives.
