Preparing your booking
Overnight stays use ATA Travel to show available cabins and booking options. Retreat dates marked proposed are enquiry only. Choosing dates or sending an enquiry does not confirm a reservation.
Your final price
Retreat guide prices are in Mexican pesos and state whether they are per person or per couple. For a cabin booking, review the selected rate, currency, guest count, taxes, inclusions and total in ATA Travel before payment. Day-visit rates and inclusions must be confirmed with Ka’ax.
Payment schedule
The enquiry forms on this website do not take payment. For cabin stays, follow the payment schedule shown for the rate you select in ATA Travel. For other experiences, ask Ka’ax for the amount due, balance deadline and written conditions before paying.
Confirmation
Keep the confirmation supplied by the booking service or Ka’ax team. An enquiry, selected date or payment attempt alone is not a booking confirmation. If a payment or confirmation is unclear, contact Ka’ax before trying again.
