Terms & conditions
Information for exploring Ka’ax and planning an experience.
About this website
This site presents experiences at Cenote Ka’ax. Guide prices help you plan; each published edition shows its own dates, price and included services. A selection or enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Your experience
Programs may be adapted to the edition, weather and guest arrangements. The full package and practical requirements will be provided for review before you commit.
Before making travel arrangements
Confirm dates, access, accommodation, dietary requirements and suitability with Ka’ax before booking travel.
Booking documents
For cabin stays, review the terms shown by ATA Travel for your selected dates and rate. For retreats, day visits and private events, request the full offer and applicable booking and cancellation conditions from Ka’ax before paying.
